Each year a dedicated group of MTA members travel to Washington, DC personally sharing the concerns of Michigan trucking companies with legislators on Capitol Hill. Sponsored by American Trucking Associations (ATA), this annual event — Call on Washington — is the industry’s grassroot effort to bring federal and state legislators, federal regulators, and fellow industry leaders face-to-face with state trucking representatives to hear first-hand how vital pending and potential laws affect our essential industry.
