The Michigan Trucking Association recently held its Annual Safety Awards Banquet in Lansing, Michigan.

2009 honors bestowed at the banquet included Maintenance Man of the Year, Truck Driver of the Year, and Safety Professional of the Year. In addition, an award was presented for Fleet Safety for 2008.

2009 Maintenance Man of the Year:

2009 Safety Professional of the Year:
Kathleen Bagdon Haddad Trucking Int'l, Inc. Dearborn, Michigan

Award for Fleet Safety for 2008:
ABF Freight System, Inc James McFarlin Safety Director
