MTA Councils of Safety Management
Receive Prestigious ATA Safety Award
American Trucking Associations has again
honored MTA's Eastern and Western Councils of Safety
Management with its Magna Cum Laude Award for outstanding
safety programs.
Since 1981, MTA's Safety Councils have
received this prestigious award.
The annual award is judged on the width and
breadth of a state's safety programs for the previous year.
MTA's Safety Councils' programs were deemed "exceptional."
The award will be presented at ATA's 2011
Safety & Human Resources National Conference, September 22,
2011 in Albuquerque, NM.
Congratulations to the Councils for
their ongoing safety efforts on behalf of MTA.
